In August of 2007, Ryan started making announcement videos for the "Baptist Collegiate Ministry" at the University of Memphis. He then had the opportunity to make promotional videos for "Reach Life", a ministry of Reach Records and Christian rapper Lecrae. In March of 2008-'09, Ryan had the privilege of producing videos used by Lifeway Christian Resources to promote the collegiate mission trip "Beach Reach." Through hard work, and the help of countless friends, RSVP was officially launched in April of 2009.
